That depends on which English speaking country you're from.
- chii 9y agoI know of no English speaking country that uses the comma this way. But plenty of non English speaking country does it.
- Cakez0r 9y agoEngland uses the comma this way. I.E. would format it 10,000%.
- pluma 9y agoI think you misread the thread you're responding to. The OP used a comma as decimal point, not to as a thousands separator. GP likely meant they know of no English speaking country that uses the comma as decimal point. Your example doesn't contradict or add to that.
