No reason to get a lawyer involved. If Amazon owes you less than $5k then file a small claims case against them.
- sitkack 9y agoThey have to show up or summary judgement is issued.
- amzaffiliate 9y agoIn some states, the small claims limit goes up to $25K. They closed my account in the past and I took them to small claims for the five figures they owed me and I won. I know of two other people who also took them to small claims and won as well. (both in states with five figure small claims limits)
