- eridius 9y agoScrolling looks fine to me (using Safari).
- hhsnopek 9y agoThis says it all to me, Apple tends to themselves rather than the group. One thing that should be concerning for the majority. I was hoping for Apple to switch it up this year with start of their new backend for Safari, rather I don't expect it to turn out as I have wished.

Works fine in Chrome.
- 1123581321 9y agoI use an Android phone and scrolling seems normal in every browser I have installed. What are you seeing?
- coldtea 9y ago>This says it all to me, Apple tends to themselves rather than the group. One thing that should be concerning for the majority. What's "the group"? This is a guideline page aimed at OS X/iOS targeting developers, not the general public. Besides, the scrolling works fine in Chrome (where I read it) on OS X. Maybe you're jumping to conclusions much if this (which others don't even see) "tells it all" to you?
- flukus 9y agoThere are 4 different elements that scroll independently using a single scrollbar: https://developer.apple.com/macos/human-interface-guidelines/overview/themes/ https://developer.apple.com/macos/human-interface-guidelines...
- wruza 9y agoI only see main content (1) and sidebar (2) that tries to retain current section details on screen. Opera. Where are 3 and 4?
- flukus 9y agoThe "Developer" heading and the "Human Interface Guidelines" heading. The first disappears, the second scrolls and then becomes fixed.
- draw_down 9y agoHmm?
- mirimir 9y agoThat is very cool! (In Firefox on Debian.)
- madeofpalk 9y agoHeh. Ironically they're not using their (non-standard) display: -webkit-sticky; for the sticky sidebar.
- ovao 9y agoIs that a problem?
- flukus 9y agoIf you consider UI elements moving around dynamically to be a problem, which I'm guessing these guidelines do. Also if you consider scrolling like an epileptic having a fit to be a problem.
- mlindner 9y agoScrolling is fine for me. Chrome on a Mac.
