- Kenji 9y agoThe US invades and bombs other countries to kill persons of interest and the Chinese aren't even allowed to kill spies in their own country? Give me a break, this double standard is sickening.
- Para2016 9y agoHow about you read TFA before sounding off with your jingoistic nonsense. The particular spies weren't preparing for some kind of invasion or attack. They were also Chinese themselves and not given a trial. One of them was even gunned down.

- hueving 9y agoAre you okay with execution of your own citizens without a trial in your own country? Even those suspected of treason in the US go through the court system.
- tyingq 9y agoUnless you can classify their treason as terrorism, then all rules are out the window.
- bpodgursky 9y agoCan you give an example of when someone was apprehended as a terrorist while in the United States, and not given a full jury trial? (hint: you cannot)
- tyingq 9y agoMaher Arar
- hueving 9y agoWas he a US citizen?
- tyingq 9y agoCanadian. US citizen wasn't a requirement of the question. The CIA has been clever enough to only assassinate US citizens on foreign soil, or otherwise not get caught. Sometimes, CIA actions on US citizens take a while to surface. - bpodgursky 9y agoHe was deported to Syria, where he was a citizen. Uncool, probably, but he was not imprisoned by the united states.
