You're wrong. Being called "unprofessional" and shamelessly "unethical" are moral judgements. Yes, there was some advice sprinkled in: ("Don't say this out loud"). Frankly though, my employers are quite happy with me. I do incredible work, and often beat my deadlines to deliver systems that are above and beyond the scope of what was originally intended. I just have some off periods sometimes, and I have no trouble giving an honest account of my experience to someone who also shares the same problem and needs advice.
