Easy, the rule should be for newly posted content. Most rules aren't retroactive for obvious reasons.
- dragonwriter 10y agoThe ADA was a pre-existing rule that went into effect many years ago; they were just recently challenged for allegedly breaking it. There is no retroactive application at issue.
