I have an HP proliant microserver with 16GB of RAM in the office. It has 4x2TB disks in mirrored Vdev ZFS (RAID1) running gentoo. All my backups get there first. Some of them are stored in the cloud using tarsnap. I use crown scripts and riff-backup to fetch daily snapshots of my servers (EC2, RPis, etc).
