I've never heard someone say that they are motivated by their company's vision and/or mission.
- pcsanwald 10y agoI am. I work for a small fitness company and my main motivation is the product we're building, and what we want to do with it. That was my whole reason for joining in the first place, and it remains the most motivating thing for me.
- zeal-technology 10y agoThat is the I am at my company too! It is important for me to make a difference in work culture. I think that when something that fits your lifestyle and life goals provides you the ability to do it for work, it does not really feel like "work" and it is very motivating and moving personally. I think you are in the right spot if that is the way you feel. :)
