OP - if you followed this joker's advice and took instant offense at something that could have been a mistake or company policy, then as your manager I'd be delighted if you quit. I don't people like this on my team
- arielweisberg 10y agoI agree making waves that could follow you around is a bad idea. Let other employees mind their own compensation issues. I'm not against collective bargaining as a concept it just needs to be handled correctly.
