Hispanics, it says so in the article.
>According to a Pew Research Center survey last year, almost a quarter of teens used Vine; and of those surveyed, 31 percent identified as black (non-Hispanic) and 24 percent as Hispanic.
- Dylan16807 10y agoIt doesn't directly state that equivalence, and it seems weird that "black and brown" would exclude groups like middle easterners that are also darker-skinned minorities.
