Bars, restaurants, hotels, resorts, casinos. All of them could probably extract value from this kind of analysis and the CRM solution in the article. High-end Hotels/Resorts especially as I have a bit of insight into their needs. POS systems are notoriously bad. It's probably hell extracting that info in the first place.
- joezydeco 10y agoCasinos and higher-end hotels definitely have CRM systems like this. Casinos actively market to their best customers, trying to get them to return to play again (especially if they walked out of their last trip with a positive balance).
