It's called Licence professionnelle in Ingénierie des Systèmes Embarqués in French. It's sort of a vocational education degree but delivered by a university and on a highly technical subject (supposedly, not meant as an offense).
Edit: Licence is an intermediary level between bachelor and master/doctor.
- S4M 10y agoIsn't Licence just like a B.S? (3 years of University).
- iXce 10y agoIt is!
- sporkenfang 10y agoIn the US a bachelors is typically four and often five years, if taken in engineering or CS... Is this the European version you are referring to?
- saalaa 10y agoApologies, I was mistakenly thinking a Licence Pro was prepared in 2 years but you are right and it's 3.
