American jurisdiction has no power in China.
- argonaut 10y agoNot true. If Xiaomi sells anything in the US, they can definitely be sued.
- kyriakos 10y agothats why they are not selling in the US in the first place
- contingencies 10y agoUS consumers are bankrupt by definition anyway... even US companies have to offer them payment plans to make a sale. Just look at the cellphone market!
