a lot of people cant exercise though
- jtuente 10y ago> a lot of people WONT exercise though Honestly, considering the overweight and obese population is growing we have a problem with systemic overeating that needs to be corrected first. It doesn't matter how much exercise you do if you eat more than you need.
- delecti 10y agoEven if you grant that many overweight/obese people merely won't exercise, certainly at least some people can't exercise.
- jschwartzi 10y agoThe important question is how many people _can't_ exercise, and why, and what exercises have they tried?
- nradov 10y agoVery very few people are physically disabled to the extent that they can't exercise. I see people who walk with canes lifting weights. Water aerobics can also be a good option.
- nosequel 10y agoI don't think that is true whatsoever. There might be a few people in millions who absolutely can't do anything. Everyone can exercise, no matter what condition: bad heart, missing lung, missing limbs, etc. There is some form of exercise that can be done. You name a condition, I'm sure I can find someone on youtube with that condition absolutely crushing a work out.
