It's not "fraud" if they haven't taken money from you. deception and false advertising, but not fraud.
- pbhjpbhj 10y agoIf they robbed 30 minutes from me because they deceived me with their falsely advertised price I consider that pretty close to fraud if not within the legal definition per se.
