Agreed, I even disabled the ad blocker but couldn't get the site to load (still got stuck in the warning page)
- faitswulff 11y agoSimilarly, I added Wired to a whitelist, but they still showed me the anti-adblocking modal - possibly due to my hosts file. Figuring out what caused it was more trouble than it was worth, so I just don't read Wired anymore.
- amelius 11y agoYou can always open such content in an incognito tab, to disable the adblocker completely.
