A Torguard[1] account at this point in time gives me 123 IP addresses + 7 I have available (home, office, VPS, other-office) it's 127 votes. Putting together a script that launches OpenVPN, votes and repeats is trivial. [1] I'm happy with their service but have no affiliation.
