A lot of people posting here are being unreasonable, demanding, and childish. Recognize that for what it is, don't let it affect you, and just continue moving forward based on the constructive part of the feedback.

- Karunamon 11y agoI see frankly none of those things here. I see annoyance that it takes a month to respond to a frickin' letter, and I see many opportunities for improvement. A smart organization will focus on that, rather than weak tone arguments.
