How Effective Leaders Move Beyond Blame
- sunir 11y agoSometimes it is an individual. The scythe is if it were someone else in the role, would but for the grace of divine insight this other person be likely to make a misstep or have difficulty as well? An effective organization is, well, organized and therefore is not particularly vulnerable to the personalities and deficiencies of individuals. Let's put it yet another way. Does your organization rely often on heroic effort to achieve goals? Then it is vulnerable to villainy as well.
- jschwartzi 11y agoWhen we become systematic it ceases to be about people. Blame is symptomatic of an a-systemic approach.
