- dang 11y agoPlease (re)read the HN guidelines: https://news.ycombinator.com/newsguidelines.html https://news.ycombinator.com/newsguidelines.html. Comments like "have you actually read", "your statement is just absurd", and "You're incredibly ignorant" (a recent one) are what they ask you not to do. They also ask you not to use uppercase for emphasis. Putting all that together and applying it to your comment, we can shorten it to: The 55% rate is for people who make ten million dollars a year. ... which (if true) is a fine and factual comment for HN.
