- takeda 11y agoYes, so what the repercussion is when they break that contract?
- manicdee 11y agoThey will be asked to cross their heart and hope to die at the next opportunity to corrupt the open standard.
- ascorbic 11y agoThey lose their court case. I'd imagine it's a pretty simple defence against a patent suit if you can present a covenant by the patent holder saying they won't sue.
