Wow, this guy sounds like a tool He'd be smart to lose the attitude before sentencing. It all depends on the judge, but a lot of judges really really love to see groveling, remorse, repentance, contrition, etc. As others have said, he probably won't get 25 years. But maybe he does 3 years instead of 2 years. We'll see if he still thinks it's "bullshit" after he reports to prison.
