Have you read the manual: http://www.openbsd.org/cgi-bin/man.cgi/OpenBSD-current/man3/tls_accept_fds.3?query=tls_init&sec=3 http://www.openbsd.org/cgi-bin/man.cgi/OpenBSD-current/man3/... You can read example code use by browsing the source codes of the applications listed in the presentation such as netcat and httpd.
