I switched from an old dell inspiron to a shiny dell xps 15 (http://www.dell.com/us/p/xps-15-9530/pd http://www.dell.com/us/p/xps-15-9530/pd) I bougth it during last black friday, and I've been happy with the purchase until now. Only caveat: had to disable the touchpad because i tend to touch it when typing
