These results are super interesting, but I wonder how much can be attributed to the Hawthorn Effect (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hawthorne_effect https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hawthorne_effect). I.e. will this result be generalizable and stable over time.
