I live in a wood framed 5+1. Its great being in renewable wood building - but the downside is its a huge fire risk. Plus because of this the sprinkler system is vast - and keeps flooding apartments.

I think college is a good thing, but right now I think its 70% of kids go to college which is a complete waste of time and money for most of them.

There is a particular American culture twist to this though as Americans are conditioned to be over-confident and project knowledge even if they know little. An American asking a Brit "Do you know XYZ?" The foreigner will reply &q

Having driven both an Altima and a Model 3 extensively (i.e. thousands of miles), I couldn't disagree more. The vibe of these cars is night and day different. You said the ALtima and Model 3 is different, but which one is better?

Possibly, but it used to be frowned upon for people to switch jobs after a year - it was a bad thing to have on your resume. People joined a grad program with the understanding that they'd hang around after they were trained. Now that

I work for a big corp that hires lots of grads and it really isn't working out. The first year they take a lot more work than they produce, but start to get useful. People used to stay for 2-4 years so it was worth it for the company,
