Why do you have 143 files open at the same time? Personally I use some (2-7?) buffers in vim and cycle through them. When I don't anticipate editing a file for a while I close that buffer.

Good comments are still put at the top. Mentally filter out the recent comments, and you should be able to see quite easily how "good" a comment is. I honestly don't see the big difference.

For that to be fair, you'd have to set a super high interest rate on the loan. Why? Hypothetically someone could take a standard loan and use that. That would be cumbersome, and sometimes impossible, but it wouldn't require a "super high"
