Does not work at all on Chrome on OSX. I can only scroll with the arrow keys. It also disables the back/forward gestures.

I was thinking more along the lines of a simple query is a handler registered at all, not any info about what the handler actually does.

Is there any way to detect if such a handler is registered? So you can use mailto: then and otherwise just make it a text field?

Is there not analytics available for youtube videos? I would be suspicious if 90% of my views were from Mongolia (or more likely, China) after a campaign like this.

This would pretty much necessitate some interaction with the game itself to work properly, ie. game tells what assets are required for the current level. Without it there will be too much stutter while waiting for a script or a texture that

Actually, r/askscience is still on the frontpage, they were only off it during Christmas due to the expected influx of users.

In Chrome on Windows, it looks fine except when you're hovering over the button, when the real cursor suddenly appears.

If that is your intent, why not place it under LGPL. That way changes to the library must be published but the program that uses it can remain closed-source? As you have it now, the library is unusable for any commercial application. I thou

Look good, but does it work on Windows? It's not on the operating system list. If it does, I might very well use this in the future. Edit: Saw it was GPL. Well it looks good at least.

I have a 1 gbit connection at home and there is little difference to the 100 mbit connection I have at my parents. The gains are pretty much the same as the difference having wifi and gigabit LAN. Transferring large files etc. are in the mi

If your server is running slow because of the load, and not because of the bandwidth of the attack that might be a viable route. It is trivial to use iptables to block all UDP traffic except from your configured DNS server. Most of the case

The attacker is most likely using a program that spoofs the sender IP so every packet has a unique IP. It's not feasible to block that. You need a more intelligent router to block attacks of that kind (and lots of bandwidth).

Fighting a DDOS is very hard if you do not have the resources to purchase more bandwidth. The DDOS attacks I've dealt with have been almost exclusively UDP-floods in the 500-2000 mbit range. No amount of server-side configuration will fix t
