one of the major reasons that so called mm-wave is far safer than previous low/ mid-band (i.e. < 6GHz) technologies is the following.mm-wave frequencies (e.g. 28Ghz) allow the use of array antennas (i.e. Phased Array Antennas, PAA&#

One thing that a lot of people do not understand is that 5G can operate in any frequency band. In fact, for many 4G radios it is nothing more than a software upgrade, no change to the physical device or power levels, just faster and lower t

I agree, the idea that you get equal "credit" for just being a state is also something that is no longer relevant. In the 18th and even 19th century the ratio of highly populated to low populated states was not significant. Today

I have often thought that part of the rationale for the electoral college was that in the 18th century they did not have the internet, TV, Radio, even newspapers were pretty scarce. So it just wasn't all that practical for a candidate

Made me wonder if there is a way to use them to generate electricity somehow? Could one of these microbes be modified so you could feed it something and it makes electricity ?

On some level, I would posit that music is still a form of language. Music is to language what poetry is to mathematics. Mathematics (or computer programing languages) are a formal method of conveying information in a very strict structural

When it comes to introspection or when examining yourself or working out a problem, in my view, anything that gives you some level of objective detachment can help. I can see where speaking in the 3rd person could be one approach. Other peo

Yup, totally agree. One thing I have found is that many of these devices use the venerable and cheap ESP8266 chip which is extraordinarily easy to hack. It can't really be factory flashed so the programming pins are almost always padde

Interesting. I am not sure what the underlying basis of the cube root is, but the population of the U.S. has gone from 80 million to 340 million since 1911 and the size of the assembly has not changed in that period. I think it is an overlo

I think there is a lot of mis-information floating around here. There are 2 "flavors" of 5G per 3Gpp 1) FR1 which is 5G operating on low/mid band (below 6Ghhz) and 2) FR2 which is 5G operating above 6Ghz If the sub 6Ghz band,
