Having worked for many years in IT in Denmark I would say that the author is right, but many of these are luxury beliefs, since in Denmark people are given alot more time to do their job right than in many places. In many parts of the world

Yes, I agree. Microfrontends can be very useful if a small team needs an app quickly the same day, but can't wait for 2 years for the central IT department to deliver the tool.

I still remember showing a still image of this demo and discussing this at the Red Hat developer conference in 2019 in Vienna. I still think that Visual Basic was the real bicycle for the mind that brought computing to the masses!

Agreed. Also, IFrames don't really compose well, or give easy communication between parent and child IFrames in the same way that components can set attributes and call methods on each other
