I agree, I think I'll update the post with your suggestions. A common pattern out there, is projects keeping some documentation in their repo's wiki and not mentioning it in the Readme. Unfortunately GitHub does not provide a visu

Sometimes I interactively rebase the contributed PR commits to be exactly as I believe they should be while keeping the original author. This way when the same person open a new PR will be able to guess the required changes.

It's a great idea to be able to run rubocop as a service. For projects which aim to enforce a specific styleguide though, https://houndci.com/ seems to be more appropriate.
