How are customers protected against sellers pre-scanning tickets to find winner? In my location, winners can only be determined by scanning the barcode, and entering a value hidden under the scratch panel.

Deffo a tradeoff. But then my bitwarden account is secured with a long phasephrase, and MFA (with offline recovery codes), with the TOTP in Google Authenticator. Its a tradeoff, but on balance, i am happy to keep my TOTP for accounts secur

I have a chinese EV (GMW, not BYD.) I am a very happy owner; huge features for the price. I am not sure i can see buying of a "mainstream" manafacturer again. (My country has no tarrifs/no domestic car building.)

(to the question posed in the article subject) is a disclosed root cause, and a learning orientated commitment from Crowdstrike on how they plan to prevent this happening in the future. They feel extremely silent right now (as a customer).

I just replaced our Leaf with a GMW Ora (chinese hatchback EV). Its not perfect, but its very good for the money (400km range). Can't see myself buying another Petrol vehicle; Tried the BYD Dolphin as well, but much preferred the Ora&#

The temporary accomodation looks like a brutal existence. Often a B&B room, with no cooking facilities. A recall a documentary looking at kids living in these spaces, who were often 'cooking' a tin of baked beans down the back

I'm not sure vendors can void warranties in all countries. If you make a product that advertises itself supporting custom firmwares, then your hardware should be capabale of doing so would likely be how it is viewed in my country.
