That's a very good revert on horse-riding analogy. But you might still be making an assumption that the horse package doesn't come with a weapon. It might boil down to saying "AI can not achieve the skills of a senior enginee

If profit is not the root goal, only hobbies exist, not work or any business. Quality is a means for profit, never the root goal. People pretend that quality and performance are the root goals, because they don't want say the fact that

Dismissing this as just another anti-AI blog could appear a shallow dismissal, but in reality, it 8s mostly the pain of adapting to the change. The writer has certain framework of norms or world where good and bad are well defined, and that

Only if people do - "grow some grain and give it for free, manufacture some products and give it for free, provide some service and don't charge for it". If everyone does all of those as hobbies, then we are good.

"looking same" is not the requirement. "Working same" is. With proper test harness, the generated code can be controlled to "work the same".

The goals for code-versioning as they existed decades back, might be sliding into irrelevance now. Code is no longer a direct work artifact from humans, as it used to be. Back in the day, people wanted to persist their code and it's ch

Next claude news (trump style): Recent versions of Claude code no longer allow talking to other models, or helping with any code that has the goal of moving away from anthropic models.

Tokens are cheap. LLMs are fast. Pre-processing and post processing are the real bottlenecks. I know you are going to say that why not Use LLMs for that. Complexity in an end-to-end workflow is a zero-sum game. If you throw more of that wor

I have tested Gemma4-26B against Qwen3.6-35B. Gemma beats Qwen on structured data extraction and instruction following. Gemma is far more precise than Qwen in these tasks, while Qwen gets a bit more creative, verbose, and imprecise. However

I'm guessing 3.5-27b would beat 3.6-35b. MoE is a bad idea. Because for the same VRAM 27b would leave a lot more room, and the quality of work directly depends on context size, not just the "B" number.
