It really depends on what a "screen load" means exactly. If its just rendering the screen from some client-side data then I would expect something <16ms. To support 120fps displays, it would need to be <8ms. If a "scree

Adding on to this, if an app uses client-side hydration (ex Next apps) sometimes you can find a big JSON object in the HTML with all the page data. In these cases you can usually write some custom code to extract and parse this JSON object.

Anecdotally, very few people left during my tenure there. I stayed for over 5yrs myself, and I met several people who had been there for 10+ years. Maybe the short short average tenure time is because of the retail employees.
