Entanglement does not really work when the particles interact with the environment. In the brain this would be the other particles in the brain so any non-local quantum effects from particles outside of the brain would be miniscule at best.

Well spying is a crime in most countries so saying that it is not a crime until it's detected is just wrong. My point was that crimes are still crimes even if they are not detected.

If it's truly "any" kind of Numpy array typing won't help much there I agree. But often it can be helpful to know the shape of the input and the shape of the output. Eg are we working with a 2D,3D or ND array. Before 3.

If something fits either Microsoft Teams or AWS and is successful for some other product they will copy it way before any competing closed source opens up. Not doing so will be bad for business.
