It's literally brand new for lossless to come to Spotify. Also that's a really rude comment. Curated playlists are great for those of us who aren't regularly exposed to new music in any other way.

I wonder, has anyone tried looking for the pattern for prime numbers in a non-base-10 representation? I've always had a hunch that maybe the chaos only seems random because our representation of numbers could be misaligned with the pat

Yeah, I share this same sentiment about the author. His inability to see why his wife was actually upset by his behavior is astounding. I'm going to wager that she very much meant to say that she thought he would be incessantly argumen

It sounds less like that you "give in" to AI and more like that you have some weird opposition to your wife's ideas and always believe her to be wrong. I stopped reading after the first paragraph or two.

1st amendment is irrelevant here: Apple doesn't have to abide by it at all, as Apple is not the government.

I mean, it's still a valid point even if it's a fixation. The enshittification of the web to work "only on Chrome" while Chrome is controlled by an advertising company whose motivation is to sell ads with it over providi

Unfortunate that this blog can't be read on mobile without considerable pain. Seems fitting, though, I guess.

I'm reading this now on a Pixel 2XL. It runs reasonably well, though I've currently got a few too many apps running in the background crapping it up. It's asinine that Google dropped support for this model so quickly, and I

Did anyone else find this article particularly difficult to read? There's so many (breakouts) and things "in quotes" that it was really hard to follow.

Fish shell has this capability and you don't need any special terminal. I imagine there are zsh scripts and/or omz plugins for it too. iTerm2 on Mac has extra integrations also.

I tried Warp once. Well, tried to install it. But when I ran it, instead of giving me a terminal, it showed me a login prompt. Perhaps I mistakenly downloaded a login prompt app instead of a terminal app? ;) Either way, I promptly uninstall

I kinda wish that it was an actual printable cheatsheet and not just a list of commands on a website that I have to bookmark and hope it's still up in a year.

Yeah, I'm moving away from it too. I loved everything about Notion 3 years ago and nothing about it now. I love Obsidian and I really wish there was an enterprise-level hosting option for it.

I don't understand why my question got reported. I didn't say that Matrix is bad or shouldn't be funded. Even if it's just to compete with other protocols, that alone would make it worth funding. I just can't fin

I still don't understand why Matrix exists. It feels like a solution looking for a problem to solve. I must be missing something? Can someone explain the gap it closes?

The number of times that a website rejects my first name because it has a hyphen in it, even in 2025, is astounding. I get told all manner of things by support staff, like "just leave it out" as if it's just not an important
