We really need some stronger regulation on renting. I'd like something along the lines of federal rent control. Limit the rent that can be charged to reduce the profitability of buying up house after house. This would be unpopular with

Multiple school officials were actively participating in the demonization of the business and using their authority to create economic sanctions on the same. I don't see how you can justify their behavior. Especially since Gibson'

Thanks for the link. I hadn't heard of Sunstein before. I hadn't realized this was openly talked about by people in his station.

A lot of our environmental issues have gone out of vogue because they tend to clash with the trendier value of immigration. It's easier for politicians to grandstand about carbon taxes and straws than face the real problems.

That's a horrible analogy. And factually wrong. We use boats because wheels don't work very well on water. We use planes because they're faster. We don't use either anywhere near as much as we use trucks, cars, rail, and

Surprisingly, Techcrunch is a great example of a site that works very well without JS. Very clean. Nothing makes me happier than rolling into an article and not having to enable JavaScript for 50 different domains to read 200 words of text.
