I want others to push their opinion pieces on me - this is the only way to get out of my bubble and learn new stuff. But yeah - the problem is whom can I trust with such a power.

And why the platforms silo people? Because people want it: "the implication of the Internet is that ideas are in abundance, and people will seek out what they already agree with, as opposed to accepting what is delivered to them."

Well - the quote is not true. People who are blind can also understand things. Visual is only one way of understanding.

This is a great quote in that first paragraph! I need to save it. But the second paragraph looks like you blamed facebook for making locally optimal decisions and making the system stuck in a suboptimal Nash equilibrium :)

Just a side note - I am watching Ninja Nerd on Immune System https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLTF9h-T1TcJj4AOPCxGxO... and it is great! I usually prefer text - but the visuals here really improve memory.

Interesting - but how come it does not even mention politics? The reason organizations get bureaucratic is because people make decisions that is in their own benefit, but not necessarily in the benefit of the organization.

In other words: "The computer isn't yours it belongs to either the OS creator or the malware creators - choose your poison". Myself I still have some hopes and use QubesOS - I hope they find a business model for it.
