As far as I am aware you need multiple magnets to make this happen, just one will cause it to "fall" off. In the video it's just one magnet, and it doesn't try to "slide" away when it's moved past the edge

Yeah, but multiple returns are _used for other things_. So they encompass error returns _and other things_. Multiple returns by the way would be product types that are being automatically unpacked. One of Go's core missions is to keep

One of the more interesting undecidable problems out there is kolmogorov complexity. It basically asks the question: given a string what is the smallest program that generates that string. Which fundamentally is the question of compression.

I mentioned this elsewhere, but I think it's a good idea to read the actual text of conways law: > Any organization that designs a system (defined broadly) will produce _a design whose structure is a copy of the organization's

You are correct that in a Teller-Ulam design most of the energy can come from fusion, but as a note it's generally a fission-fusion-fission design in "modern" deployments with about 50% of the energy coming from fusion. http

The lasers they use today are 20x less efficient than state of the art. The capacitors are also massively less efficient. So they only "need" to drive the Q factor of the reaction up by ~5x to be positioned to build something with
