I’ve never tried Boxes before...will probably update tonight and see if I can get a Tiny Core Linux running in a VM using it. Since Bluetooth updates were mentioned, I’ll also have to try connecting my AirPods with my Linux box again, since

Maybe I’m remembering this wrong, but doesn’t Adobe Air work on Windows and macOS only? I was trying to install an Adobe Air app on a Linux machine a while back and ran into this problem.

Yep, I also ordered a $20 set of Mpow bluetooth headphones on Amazon ~3 years back, and they have been just great. While the sound quality is not that good, it is good enough for my daily gym and running sessions. Ive also used them in the

Maybe this is just my experience, but it took me far longer to understand the subtleties of move semantics, rvalues, and RVO than to understand pointers and references in C++. And this is not even getting into “universal references” (which

One fairly common example of a bad C++ design edge case is the “Most Vexing Parse” problem [0]. I frequently find myself constructing objects using the () syntax will produce parse errors as the compiler is expecting a function declaration.

NB, by “teens” this article is referring to a study of 14 year olds. Also, it seems like the teens had to self-report whether they engaged in “hacking” on a survey.

A friend of mine joked that a recent Windows update “downloaded the entire internet and then proceeded to install it”. The next day, I watched with horror as my computer restarted with the same Windows update...it took a similar amount of t

Interesting article...I did not realize that the WASM needs to be compiled into machine code on the client system, I just assumed it would be directly interpreted by the JS engine. As a side note, it is interesting to see that multithreaded

They already have a pretty decent tracking protection app built-into the browser, and if I remember correctly it can also be enabled outside private browsing mode I’m guessing that they are slowly moving towards implementing a full ad block

I’m not very familiar with C++ build tools which parse source code for header dependencies, but I know that C++ compilers (the preprocessor specifically) does this. From what I know of cmake and gmake, neither of these build tools automatic
