Hard to tell, prices raised unevenly. Real estate have become very expensive. As for day-to-day spendings my unscientific gut feeling tells me that I spend somewhere 25% more. Official figures of inflation something like 12-15%.

Worse. Food have become more expensive although prices rise slowed down. Many clothing brands have left and replaced with brands from Turkey etc. But we are not starving, have gas, electricity.

Don't know why you are downvoted. People can use pirated software at home perhaps and authorities here do not break into you flat to check if you use pirated Photoshop copy but organizations use officially bought licenses, I do not rem

As someone who live in Russia and who lived there in 90th I can confirm that this is what Gorbachev publicly announced that time. Putin has nothing to do with this. Perhaps he use this broken promise in his speeches but he has not invented
