   Mostly the ability to message anyone and view who is viewing me to know when to contact them. I am running a startup and anyway that I can network is great.. linkedin has been the biggest help in that aspect

   Even if chrome does end up gaining a monopoly on browsers (or google in general is in a monopoly position), eventually they will cease to innovate and will be taken over by the underdog (or the newest/best solution).

   Freshbooks is great.. I think the account is free as long as you only have 1 client at a time in the system
