Hm, when reading articles about Apple or Samsung, I tend to read the comments as well on Yahoo!. I notice within the first couple of hours, the comments are all pretty much Apple bashing. There are hundreds of comments in support of Samsung

Well, a more neutral response is always better if you are being ignored. Even if you have to stand on the table, then yell, "TIME OUT EVERYONE", then proceed.

Definitely a great learning experience. I myself had my own business. Made enough to live comfortably, but in the end, the IRS made me pay back every red cent in back taxes, and then some when it came to a screeching halt.

Patent trolls are useless. These people do not innovate at all. They purchase, or file for useless patents, and turn around and sue everyone for the almighty dollar. There has to be a stop, and I applaud Rackspace!

Great article! I have been a small entrepreneur myself from time to time. I am currently working on something in the tiny scale, and would like to one day do the same thing on that type of scale.
