Is it possible that Yahoo is just too far gone to be helped? Her head must be filled with dozens of ideas for changing the corporate culture there, but would any of us honestly believe anything could save Yahoo at this point?

I doubt it. If Viacom is financing the hosting of the online content, then online viewers cost them disproportionatly more money than those who watch on cable and satellite. Viacom would have only the ads insertted into the streaming video

Google's customer service isn't the issue here. They offered the product for pre-order without making any statements about a shipping deadline. To then turn around and expect them to set one just because you gave them money is foolish.

But, why? Is the product alone not enough for your money? If you feel so strongly about this, why not wait for it to be released officially before making the purchase?

For what it's worth, I've been recently finding this same thing lately when turning on my Galaxy Nexus' screen. I've searched through these dumps a couple times trying to find what might be causing them, thinking I have a misbehaving app. I

Testing views and data binding is great, I'm all for it. Yet, I think most would agree that this clearly is not unit testing. The instant you include the Spring dependencies and instantiate your application context, you're testing the int

But, this isn't math! It's a story, with characters and a plot. The intrigue is baked-in because it makes for an enjoyable read. Sure, the details are interesting, but there's nothing wrong with telling an interesting story with interesting

No. Long-form journalism is about keeping the reader engaged in a story they didn't know they wanted to hear. You wouldn't write fiction with a strict focus on the sequence of events, why should this be any different? While you're feeling p

It always involves some amount of suffering. Entire generations of people have found themselves in a life dedicated to an obsolete skill. Does that mean we should limit the use of, say, printing machines so that people may be gainfully empl
