I think they should treat it like in the UK and use a different measurement like “1 standard drink”, and, probably more importantly, forbid it from being used in marketing. I think if the minimum was 1, and even if a beer has low calories i

You’re getting the dollar value of your investment when the bankruptcy happened, which is the only legal currency of the country where it was headquartered, so you are getting 100% in that sense. Maybe in Ecuador where Bitcoin is legal tend

I don’t think that’s right. You can’t force someone to pay to not have tracking cookies (or something that infringes on the right to privacy). Facebook tried the same tactic and was forced to stop.

FWIW you wouldn’t need to add the `transition-link` class to every A tag, you could just do `.link-list > a`.

It’s not illegal, but from what I understand an excessively long notice period would very likely be shot down by the courts. There are a lot of arguments to be made here (for example, what’s stopping an employer from putting a 5 year notice

I've ran into this a few times, not just with flagging but with hiding too. It would be really helpful to have a confirmation dialog and/or a banner on the screen after the action was taken that would let you undo it. To answer yo

This exact question is currently being litigated, and using copyrighted material when training an LLM or AI model without permission could very well be illegal.

Maybe, but 1. the point isn’t to describe, but to explain an abstract and potentially novel idea (thought) on the song, and 2. we can’t train this kind of thing in a generic way right now.

Right. My point is that the company can’t just say “we’re not doing well, we need to get rid of a few people” and do a layoff with impunity. They have to lay off a pretty decent amount of people (in some cases like 30%) and they need to pay
