I don’t disagree with you. Where I grew up there was a steel grated metal bridge. It would flood. Constantly someone in a truck would try to drive over, get swept against the guard rail, and have to be rescued by the local fire department.

I think I understand the point you’re trying to make - as in, compare apples to apples. However, if you’re trying to assess “Tesla has double the margin because they don’t use dealers” it’s not about the type of car. Does Tesla have double

The first section of my comment was based on a napkin gross margin calculation as best I could. I e: sales - cost of goods sold. In this case I divided by the number of cars sold to get an idea of who was making more. I don’t see why you’d

I would imagine that’s due to egress rules? But searching (and assuming I found the right thing) it looks like they’re made and installed in some places in the USA. Example: https://rolladenlv.com/

The silver bar on the left of the vehicle controls the steering by pushing or pulling it towards or away from the driver. The linkage is exposed as well.

I’m on the board of an NGO that works in the Peruvian Amazon… but have also done NGO work in India. Some personal things I find super helpful (and the list in the article is accurate.. though I’ve never needed a big knife just small ones ).

Without knowing the prior conversation do you think it was confusing Americans with Disabilities Act and the associated “code” from governments ? Where it was parsing it as some weird combination ?

I love my ecobee. However with switches I go hard opposite. Reproduction push buttons, with antique brass plates acquired at auction. The downside is perhaps that when someone encounters them for the first time, they spend 10 minutes flippi

As a disclaimer, I'm not in the UK. I was working mowing lawns, raking leaves, cutting shrubbery and more when I was 8, and mucking out stables when I was 10... Which decidedly is probably not legal here. However, I was interested by

On Etsy, I see some 2 ct equivalent rings in sterling for as low as $40. Loose cut stones for as low as $7.50. However, being in the market myself, I do think for a nice setting and stone you will pay $500-$1,500 for them if looking or cert

This is very true. A home I purchased recently, the sellers had a very new realtor, who was friends with them. She had listed the commissions very low - probably thinking she was doing them a service. I purchased the home without a realtor,

In theory, the funds should go to a nonprofit with a similar mission. I’m confused at the auction, unless no other museums of motorcycles wanted part of the collection.

A brushless motor is a 3 phase motor without brushes. A brushed motor is a dc motor with brushes. I say that because both can spin up very aggressively. What you’re seeing is not really because it’s brushless- it’s a “soft start” feature… m
