That's why shutters (roller or hinged) exist that are on the outside of the windows. Here in Southern Germany pretty much every window has them and since they block the sun outside the window, it can help a lot not getting the interior

It varies a lot by university. In Osnabrück the Semesterticket basically allowed to travel as far as Hanover, Münster and Bremen, which was pretty far as that goes. In Rostock on the other hand it only covered the city and a few of the surr

It happens with other plural endings too ... the worst I've seen was Zwiebel’n . I'm not entirely sure how that one came into existence.

A roundabout requires signage in any case. At least in all countries I've seen one so far. Otherwise it's not a roundabout and may even have very different rules.

The map view also tended to break after two years or so due to a Google maps API key lapsing. It was noticeable for a whole that the subscription variant got a lot more love and effort (but maybe that languished similarly).

I guess they have some data when all their other products became subscription-only to see how many people actually walk away. Perhaps it's not many. And I'm not sure how large a business that part actually is. I got quite annoyed

Buses sometimes have flywheels for that purpose, too. Although that also has weight and space, so may not be worthwhile for a vehicle where both are needed for its primary purpose.

I'm sorry that you had a bad experience adding data. Road closures are a somewhat advanced topic and differ in tagging depending on how long the road is expected to be closed. For short closures it's not recommended to actually ma

StreetComplete is fairly limited in scope (which is a good thing, considering its focus on UX and doing that single thing really well). But there are a bunch of more “expert” features, such as the overlays, which allow for more focused QA w

Mapillary or Kartaview are the typical choices here to add free street-level imagery which can then be used for OSM purposes as well. What also works is Wikimedia Commons. There's a good mobile app. You can take pictures of a POI, uplo
