My personal opinion is that we need to supply ourselves domestically (dog food it) and adjust prices to reflect the true cost. As for American Indians, as far as I know, they practically can’t do anything productive on their lands without a

Yep. America wants environmental laws locally, but they don’t want to import them for convenience’s sake. Nobody wants to fundamentally change their lifestyle. Take timber for instance. We rape Canada and South America for their trees, but

You’re taking advice from a drunk man, but get a blue collar job for a year after you graduate and see how you feel. Four possibilities: 1. You’ll love it and keep working it. 2. You’ll hate it and have a newfound appreciation for your rela

Get Farmers if you can. I live near a wildfire impacted area and nobody with State Farm got what they should have (if anything at all) unless they sued for it. Everyone with Farmers got what they should have, and in a timely manner.

I think in 10-20 years they’ll have this and more. Imagine dash cam videos from cop cars being analyzed and correlated by software so that someone who sped in between two cop cars 100 miles apart gets ticketed because they could not have go

That’s anything to do with government in the US now and it’s accelerating. I seriously worry about the long term outlook for America, with the way politics are degrading. There was that Adam Curtis documentary that was talking about how pol

Why wouldn’t they just stick it on a short nail with a wide flat base? It would be a lot more economical. Also, there’s no mention of wax on them, which can take a long time to break down. Edit: oop.
