That is the very different problem of willingness to punish "system-critical" money launderers, versus the ability to detect rogue money launderers. Failure on one problem does not invalidate efforts on the other.

I guess it depends on the definition of "boring". The games you mention cater to different audiences than strategy games, and they make the repetitition a core part of their experience. Special thought went into making their loops

The proof in the end is quite straightforward, but I wonder: how justified is the assumption of a "non-abnormal" predicate? The authors' explaination involves probabilities, but (probability) measures often do not mesh well w

Does anyone know an app like Portal/Pushbullet which also works on iOS? I'm hanging between the ecosystems and file sending like this would be great.

Yeah, many people just don't care as much about discovering new music. I don't think it says much about Spotify though.

Even if you mostly work at your desk, a desktop computer has just no option for mobility if you ever want to work somewhere else temporarily. It seems like many people value the option of mobility, even if they don't use it often.

The faster you move through space, the faster you move through time as well, actually! That's because distance in spacetime is defined with a negative sign for time periods. The profound statement is now that the subjective time (which

IBM bought The Weather Company, which was the holding company of The Weather Channel. The forecasting technology is now owned by IBM, which licenses the weather data to The Weather Channel.

By default, Windy uses the ECMWF weather model. You can also change it to GFS or ICON, which many american forecast websites use. ECMWF, GFS and ICON are made by national/international forecasting agencies. IBM also has its own proprie

Settings vs dev tools does make a huge difference imo. The settings pane gives you a cleaner ui for quick changes (debatable, but I certainly feel this way). Dev tools can break your browser if you do things wrong. They are made for develop
