This. ML is so vector-y. And code is so graph-y. Can you point out some SOTA on bridging this ?

Not for PhD, but for research purposes ;) Can u point out any work on refactoring existing code for reduced code complexity? Obtaining same (non)functional behavior using less code. EDIT: i will read the CodeDeviant paper

If you need to set your mentor performance-metrics, u should probably find yourself someone else (I am not the down-voter). Also, 1% for later-stage? post-VC? sounds very high. I like this article, which describes 3 different scenarios htt

Can you please explain why "new schedules do take some bedding" ? Cant u sort of simulate the expected scenarios and get sort-of expected performance? I realize there is unexpected events, but these will occur anyway in old and ne

I understand that a JIT engine cant do this, due to speed. But would be surprised that a LLVM compiler with a custom-designed heuristic for specific optimizations cant manage this. These problems may be polynomial etc etc, but MOST of the c

Thank u for this write up. It made me smile, and hopefully this will last for more than the 5min it takes to reach the comments about worker conditions and low-cost exploitation.

Can anyone estimate how much revenue/users Sketch has? A great sustainable comfortable product company. But its a developer tool, so of course we will get endless competitors products. So we need capital. So VC are now in a position to

Note that the US is basically break-even on oil/liquid consumption. Either way, this is pretty extra-ordinary.

Are there any MtG tournaments which are played for real-money prizes ? This seems to me to be similar to poker, and considered a game of luck. But i am not familiar enough. I also found this https://boardgamegeek.com/article

Louisville, Kentucky data indicates scooters last about 1 month. Average 3 rides per day, so scooter is idle 90% of time. Recharging is a massive 40% of ride cost. Credit card another 10%. So it is currently a huge, lasting money pit. But i
